When the funnel and chute are blocked, it is necessary to stop the bulk ship loading equipment immediately for troubleshooting.
After loading a cabin or a barge, first press the gate closing button, then press the cabin change button, notify the central control room to change the cabin, and then raise the boom to an appropriate height.
When the bulk ship loading equipment is running, it is necessary to keep a safe distance between the telescopic chute and the materials in the ship, and adjust the loading position of materials at any time.

post work:

handling and production problems:

cable unwinding:
The cable releasing platform is slippery and has obstacles. Anti skid measures shall be taken for the platform with cable release before operation.
Operators who take off the cable shall wear anti-skid equipment.
The cable is broken. Workers need to wear relevant safety equipment, and other personnel need to stay away from the cable range during operation.
