Dust removal equipment refers to the equipment that separates dust from flue gas, also known as dust remover or dust removal equipment.

The dust removal equipment is to use the underground dust removal water pipe and air pressure pipeline, add certain additives to the water, introduce air pressure, complete a series of technological processes through special equipment, generate foam, and spray it onto the dust source through the distributor and nozzle support assembly.

Different types of dust removal system

Electrostatic precipitator

The electrostatic precipitator uses the high-voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas, and the dust charge in the air flow is separated from the air flow under the action of the electric field.

The electrostatic precipitator is mainly composed of the electrostatic precipitator body system, the power supply device that provides high-voltage DC power and the low-voltage automatic control system.It can be divided into vertical and horizontal according to the air flow direction; According to the type of sedimentation electrode, it is divided into plate type and tube type.

The electrostatic precipitator has low energy consumption and high dust removal efficiency. It is suitable for removing 0.01-50% of flue gas μ M U.M, and it can be used in occasions with high flue gas temperature and high pressure.Practice shows that the larger the amount of flue gas treated, the more economical the investment and operation cost of using electrostatic precipitator.

Electrostatic precipitator is affected by factors such as dust property, equipment structure and flue gas flow rate. Dust is a sign of evaluating conductivity, which has a direct impact on dust removal efficiency.

Electrostatic precipitator is affected by the following factors:

Flue gas temperature: high or low flue gas temperature will affect the dust removal efficiency;

Plate spacing: if the plate spacing is too large, the electric field intensity in the corona outer area will be reduced, and the dust removal efficiency will be affected;

Air leakage: the shell is not tightly sealed, which will lead to the entry of external air, the increase of dust removal wind, the decrease of flue gas temperature, and the decrease of dust removal performance.

Bag dedusting equipment

Bag type dust removal equipment uses filter materials to filter the dust particles in the dusty flue gas. The filter materials collect coarse-grained dust by inertial collision, and the fine-grained dust is mainly collected by diffusion and screening.The dust layer of the filter material also has a certain filtering effect.

Filter material is the main factor affecting the effect of bag filter.The filter material is mainly cloth or felt made of synthetic fiber and natural fiber.

Under different temperatures, it is necessary to select appropriate filter materials. For example, when the flue gas temperature is lower than 120 ℃, polyester flannel cloth is required. In case of high-temperature flue gas, graphitized glass fiber cloth shall be selected.

Desulfurization dust collector

Desulfurization and dust remover is a professional desulfurization equipment of turbo charged turbulent dedusting and desulfurization technology.Under the action of the turbocharged turbulence device, the sulfur-containing gas is rotated and diffused at high speed to form enhanced turbulent mass transfer with the absorption slurry.

You can choose from the following points:

Service temperature.

Treatment air volume.

Dust concentration at inlet and outlet.

Filtration speed.

Cyclone dust collector

The cyclone dust collector is mainly composed of intake pipe, exhaust pipe, cylinder, cone and ash hopper.The cyclone dust collector is used to rotate the dusty air flow, separate the dust particles from the air flow by centrifugal force and collect them on the wall, so that the filtered dust particles fall into the ash hopper.

According to the air flow entry mode, it can be divided into tangential entry type and axial entry type. In contrast, the air flow distribution of axial entry type dust removal is more uniform and the effect is better.

There are many factors affecting the dust removal effect, the most important factors are the diameter of the dust collector, the size of the air inlet and the diameter of the exhaust pipe.

Air inlet: when the area of the air inlet is small relative to the section of the cylinder, the tangential velocity of the air flow entering the dust collector is, which is conducive to dust separation;

Exhaust pipe diameter: select appropriate value. The diameter of the exhaust pipe is small, the dust is not easy to be discharged from the exhaust pipe, the outlet speed will increase, and the resistance loss will increase.

When the diameter of the exhaust pipe is large, the resistance loss is obviously reduced, but the short circuit phenomenon of internal and external swirls will be formed, which reduces the dust removal efficiency.

Gravity dust collector

The gravity dust collector is used to separate the dust particles from the dust under its own gravity and inertia to achieve the purpose of dust removal.

In the gravity dust removal equipment, the lower the gas flow speed, the more favorable it is for settling fine dust, and the higher the dust removal efficiency.

Wet dust collector

the wet dust collector is to contact the dusty gas with the liquid, and make the particles flow into the container by the inertial collision of water droplets and particles or by the full mixing of sleep and dust.

According to its structure, it can be divided into gravity spray wet dust collector, cyclone type wet dust collector, foam type wet dust collector, etc.

The wet dust collector has simple structure and high purification efficiency, and can handle high temperature and high humidity air flow. It is widely used in mechanical processing, batching, food processing, metallurgy and other industries.
